Grow it out
Yes, you read that right–let your beard grow! Give it around 90 to 120 days to grow and you’ll see it was worth it! If it needs more time, let it grow for some more time. Remember, just as Rome wasn’t built in a day, your beard will need more than a single month to grow enough to cover those bald spots. Even if you’re not convinced, treat the process like an experiment, there’s nothing you can lose here, while you can only gain!
Invest in your beard from within
If a beard grow out didn’t just cut it for your patchy beard, don’t panic, there are still other options. This one might not seem obvious, but let’s remind ourselves how hair grows–from a root in the bottom of the follicle which is in our skin. If you want to have healthy hair, you’re going to need healthy skin. There are a few things you may want to do here to boost your beard growth:
- Eat a clean and healthy diet–you need to supply your body with all the necessary protein, vitamins, and minerals.
- Exercise–patchiness may come from lower testosterone levels. If you start spending more time at the gym and focus on weight-training, those levels will go up.
