Catching it early means you need to start getting checks as soon as you\u2019re in double digits. Teens through men in their 30s are most commonly diagnosed, so schedule that appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also perform self-checks monthly.
